I am trying to use an external monitor (Viewsonic VA1912wb) with a resolution of 1440 x 900. The Mobility Radeon 9200 does not seem to support this resolution and the driver that came with the monitor will not load. Has anyone had success connecting an external monitor with this screen resolution?

Unfortunately, ATI isn't as resolution friendly as nvidia is, but you should be able to use powerstrip (http://www.entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm) to create the custom resolution you want.

OR use the Omega drivers,but use the one based on Catalyst 5.6 cause latter version don't support 9200 Mobility!
