This week my lovely kitten spilled an entire glass of water on my beloved laptop.
After i let it dry out, things seem to be alright other than the keyboard.

Only some of the keys work (when they do) and it seems to be in general disarray.
Can this problem be solved by disassembeling the keyboard and cleaning it (and how??) or is the thing shot??

As well, is it possible to get replacement plastic things that go under the keys?  One of them has gone missing :(

GOD NOT MY WEEK
any help is welcome!  thanks!

The keyboard is easy to remove from the laptop if you haven't already done, that, but depending on what happened to the keyboard, fixing may not be an option.  I would first look around for a new replacement keyboard, hopefully there are still some around at a decent price.  If not you can try to clean it and see how it goes, but that's not guaranteed.

Tried this b4 with other laptops.... I would try to get one off e-bay... and use an external KB till ya get the replacement.  For this reason, I allways keep liquid far away from my notebook. :)
