Technical Issues / NX7000 touchpad not working

Anyone else had such experiences?
WinXP dows not even detect that touchpad, and when I pers that button above touchpad goes about 10-20sec and whole machine turns itself off.

General / PLL chip in these machines?

Does anybody know what PLL chip these laptops use? I would like to try ClockGen or SetFSB to overclock a little if I could find that info.
