First I am so glad to see the site back up and it comming along.
Ok now the problem.
For some reason Intel Proset is not seeing the wireless anymore.  It is blank under the network components.  I have tried uninstall and re-install makeing sure windows control is off but still no luck.  Any ideas from anyone?

If you uninstall the PROSet, can you get Windows to control it?  Also, try this:

    1.  Set PROSet to enable Windows Control
    2.  Turn off the Wireless power
    3.  Uninstall PROSet using Add/Remove Programs
    4.  Open the Device Manager
    5.  Remove the device
Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection under Network adapters
6.  Go to the Intel Website and download the latest version of PROSet for you device (7.1.4.0 for IPW2100 and 9.0.2.0 for IPW2200).
7.  Install PROSet and then restart your computer.  Make sure that you accept any driver warnings.
8.  Once the installation and restart are complete, you should be able to see your card listed.  You can now turn on the Wireless power and the device should be active.

If this doesn't work, let me know.  Also if you have any changes to add, please let me know as well.  I have not tried this specifically, but it is worth a shot.  If you can provide any other information, we could further help you.
